As I stated in an earlier post I just got a 94 coupe & I didnt get the owners manual(Ill order one Monday)-I have another easy question for you all-What is the procedure for removing the roof. I bought a cordless scredriver & a Torx -T-40 bit, but Im not sure exactly what to do-thanks

For the rear. About a quarter of the way in from the outboard you will see two holes which are recessed on the b-pillar (roof) one each side. The torx goes in parallel with the roof line.
For the front swing the sunvisors out of the way & you will find a hole, also recessed, on each side, looking up at the roof. I hope I explained it ok?

those holes in the front seem to be smaller than the size of the t-40 torx heads on the rear-do I need a different size driver for the front? Also do I have to remove the bolts completely or just loosen them?
.

They are the same size torx head.....front and rear.........The Rear two come all the way out and the front will stay in the roof panel after you get them released........:D

Sorry LEO...but rear bolts should not come all the way out....there is a plastic insert that is threaded on the bolt that holds it in place. If the plastic piece is gone then the bolts will come out.

Unscrew fronts till you can raise the roof up off the windshield frame, then unscrew the rears till it comes loose. The rear bolts should stay with the top and the fronts will stay with the windshield frame....
