ecklers dye (paint)

has anyone used this? it state's to use thinner, but not how much, i want to know how much thinner should be used for 15 ounces of paint..

Vinal Dye

Vinal dye usually has the consistency of water. so thry thinning
it by half. I have used Ecklers dye before and it has good color macthes but I used the spay can. Hope this helps
