Help! ECM shocking truth...

Electrical issues abound. I hope to escape this self- designed predicament. Spark jumped to casing of ECM. Which if any fuses MIGHT HAVE saved the mother ship? Dealer cannot look at it until April 21

Was the ECM plugged in ?
It is grounded so I doubt the current caused any problems to it.
You may however have blown the fuse on whatever circuit caused the spark
