Help I have a 2003 z-06 battery was weak put charger on it. Now have error message ENGINE RUNNING AT REDUCED POWER, cooling fans not running, windows not working, radio not working, interior lights do not come on. on start up oil pressure rises and then shoots to zero, temperture gage shoots straight to red. Anybody got any ideas on whats up. car was in storage has only 2000 miles on it battery could have been bad in it for a few months as I was working out of town.

A bad battery would be the first thing to check. Pull it out and have someone load test it for you. C5's are 'battery divas;' without the proper voltage/reserve capacity (review this thread for more detailed information) you can get all kinds of flaky electrical problems.

Unless you keep the battery charged (via frequent driving and/or use of a trickle charger), your battery will almost certainly discharge over the course of a couple months -- and I suspect that leaving the vehicle unlocked and/or the key in the ignition helps to accelerate the process by keeping the vehicle from entering its 'sleep' mode.

changed battery already. Think I fryed my BCM module.

Hmm. Well, that may be the case. Being as you've replaced the battery, that means I've pretty-much exhausted the breadth of my knowledge; electrical problems are not my strong suit. Hopefully one of the C5 Jedis will be along shortly to give you some guidance with the Force...
