Emoticons not working?

Seems like I cannot not use the emoticons today.

Tried several different ones.

Also, made an exit and logged back in.

Same result.

They do not work in the News and Announcements forum.

Might be set up that way.

Could be they're disabled in that particular forum, Greg.
