What type of black paint should be used to paint the (C3) engine compartment, semi gloss, or heat resistence, thanks for any info.

The original engine compartment and hood underside blackout was done with flattened black lacquer; Krylon #1613 Semi-Flat or SEM #39143 Trim Black works well.
