engine swapping??

Ihave been reading alot of threads about peaple wanting to change engines for various reasons. one thing nobody has mentioned is buying a rebult engine from gm for their car. or have i misunderstood. i am not much of an engine guy.

Hi: For the guys that are not much of "engine-type" guys, it is highly recommended that, if doing an engine swap, to get a GM Goodwrench crate motor. These are new motors & are considered to be the most dependable. They also come with various warranties, depending on how "High" of a performance motor your wanting. Rebuilt motors can sometimes be a real pain in the "BUTT" & can sometimes need TLC even though they're freshly re-built or "re-newed" & unless you know some things about motors they can be a real headache. This is just from my experience & my 2 pennies worth. Take care & good luck.
