V for the Flint, Michigan engine assembly plant small block
0707 for July 7th, date engine was assembled and stamped at Flint.
TH no listing.

I think you may be missing a character. TH? Check the pad again. You should also find a VIN derivitive stamped on the pad. Jot that down.

The TH suffix was used in '78 for a 305ci/135hp in the Firebird.
