EXHAUST MANIFOLD OIL LEAK

My passenger SIDE exhaust manifold (in the tube area that holds the air check valve) has developed a small crack and sometimes a mist of oil can seen on the tube. Can this repaired by welding or must it be replaced. Probably loking at headers if its un-repariable.

If there is Oil there you have other Problems!!!
