When I had my 700R4 trans installed, the shop showed me that there was no way to run the exhaust. The holes in the frame were blocked by the trans... So, I installed the nice set of Hooker Super Competition Headers I had. No problem. Well, my pipe are rusted in between the pipes at the collector pretty bad, I love the looks of the pipes, but I have to take them off... Does anyone have a 700R4 in their 70's vette with normal exhaust? Do you just have to cut the holes in the frame bigger and reroute it?
Also, how about a set of headers with the 700R4? Do they fit?
