Exhaust Woes

I recently bought a Z06 system that was cut to remove from the car. (Previous owner of the Z06 didn't know about dropping the sway bar.) Had the system installed on Friday looked and sounded pretty good. By Saturday both welds on the titanium had broken! Looks like the titanium had crystallized! I will be going back to the exhaust shop tomorrow to have a little discussion on their promises to me that they could weld them!
Any suggestions on repairs?
