Ok..I bought the Zip Dual Master Cyl Conversion kit for my 65. It comes with all of the parts needed to convert the system .
The Front to rear Brake Line..(1967 1/4" Size) type has got me a little baffled.

The AIM does not show where the line lay's as it goes by the driver side seat belt frame gusset. Does it lay Inside the Gusset??? Or Outside and up against the gusset?? See Pic's Below.. It some one has a pic of a 67 with the line..that
would be bcool... :beer

Mark - I am looking at Tripoli's chassis restoration guide where he has a 67 pictured and the line is like you have it in the picture. Also there appears to be a clamp before the gusset and one holding the line as it goes up after the gusset.

John how was a/c how about a c1/c2 report from the auction block.First time in 12 years I missed the auction.I thought I would not miss it but I do.I am away in Atlanta on buisness and must of gotton 25 call over the week end asking me where I was and what Casino I was staying in from freinds I have met at the auction over the years,

Larry - I went on Friday -- hurt my back Saturday morning and could not go to show that day. Many cars on Frtiday - as usual asking prices were high. There were three or four cars that I looked at closely 1) 1967 yellow coupe 427-400hp had recent top flights from regional and national. At first I thought this was a 435 car. The asking price was anything over 100k I thought it might be a good buy until I realized it was a 400 hp car. It was gorgeous. Rob English from Restoration Connection (a freind) did the car. The owner was from central NJ and also belonged to the same NCRS chapter that I do. 2) 67 dodge coronet - champagne gold with black vinyl top with torqueflite with a hemi - all original car - could not find owner - even brought the wife over to see this one. I really would have liked to have this one. 3) another 67 Yellow coupe 327/350 that had a list of awards that took up a whole 24"x36" plaque. Niether bloomington gold or ncrs though. Many NCCC, "Best of" and Carlisle awards I asked the owners wife why with all the awards did they not ever have the car judged and she said it just wasnt their thing although the car had mostly NOS parts on it including a recent NOS set of side pipes from a dealer in upstate NY. They wanted 84k for the car. It was also gorgeous 4) 53 corvette #136 all original had not gone through auction yet. someone posteed pictures on corvette forum. It was pretty nice for an all original unrestored car. There were many many street rods this year. Abount 15 first gen camaros. A whole gaggle of Yenko clones including camaros chevy IIs and chevelles. The vendor area was the same as always -- not much. Well that is about all I can remember that caught my eye There were at least 20-25 total c1 & c2 corvettes for sale there.

Thanks for the report John, Did the cornett have white stripes on it? and a copper like interiour?

Sorry about your back.I had always thought folks with back aches were Gold brickers untill I had problems with mine.I would say the only pain worse then a back ache is rust in the EYE.Good luck and feel better
