i have a friend who is selling his 91 cpe. there are pictures of the car here: http://www.cruisersofsouthflorida.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=59&PN=1

there are 5 or 6 shots of the car, so please give them time to load. the car has been repainted (the original color) and had a lot of work done to it over the past year or so. it has never been abused. he bought a cabin on a lake in wisconsin (and a new boat), so he is selling his C-2 convertible (deposit taken) and his 91. if you are looking for a good, clean, almost perfect car, this is one you should look at. it is very fairly priced based on the add-ons and condition. it can easily compete at any local car show anywhere right now.
let me know if you might want to see additional pictures or get a phone number to contact him directly.
thanks

thats pricey for a 91
unless its a zr1

around a 10k car, if that with l98 motor
but its a sharp car.

good luck

not trying to be defensive, but the pricing is his, not anyone else's. he knows whatever he might have put into it, and what he might hope to get out of it. the car has been redone top and bottom (as the pictures show) and is in beautiful (and dependible) condition. i'm not trying to "hawk" it for him, just posted it in case someone might be interested. i thought this was the place to share information. perhaps i was wrong. if one of the admins thinks this should be removed because it isn't appropriate, please feel free to do so.

makes me glad i have a C3 and hang out at that forum, lol.

A bit strong perhaps, but I'm also thinking this is no "normal" `91 -- there are alot of really nice touches- aesthetics and performance. Gotta be tough to let that one go!

Looks like great fun - -good luck!

Regards-

It always amazes me that someone will throw out a comment like this! If your not interested in the car for the price stated, move on! If he had asked for your opinion on the price, that would be a different story.

srs244, If you could list some of the performance mods it may help people know if its a car they would be interested in. Great looking ride!!:upthumbs
Good luck!!

thanks for the nice words. as i originally said, the car is a friend's. he is extremely fussy, and is the kind of friend you always wish you could find. he'd give you the shirt off his back and always be straight with you even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear. i am familiar with the car only in that i have driven it a couple of times, and i see it all the time (at his home and at some of the local shows we attend). i am certain he would be more than happy to talk to anyone who wanted the particulars (or even if you just wanted to talk cars, lol). i will see him over the weekend and will get him to put together a list of the things done to the car which i will post as soon as possible (assuming the car hasn't been sold yet). i can guarantee you that you could eat lunch off of any part of this car, it is that clean!

Terrific looking 91 Steel Blue coupe,I have been casually looking for a 91 Steel Blue coupe or roadster,2 questions, interior color(Steel Blue or Black) and location of the car, will be at the "Bloomington Gold" show thru Sat. so will be a couple of days before I can get back to you, thanks for your time. the car is located in coral springs, florida (north of ft lauderdale area) and will not be in bloomington. the price has been reduced according to an email i received from my friend, the owner. if interested, contact bradley@office2go.com for additional pictures and additional information.
thanks

Thanks Steve,I just sent him an E-mail

Wow, that is one sweet looking car.

Please have him list the work that's been done; I'm sure that will attract more inquires. It does look clean enough to eat off of, not that I would.:L:L:L

my friend is a bit of a perfectionist. while you could eat off just about any part of it, i agree, i would pass, LMAO!! (by the way, you could live comfortably in his garage too. it's just as clean). i have asked him to send me a list of the "stuff" he has had done to it, so as soon as it is received, i will post if for everyone to see. anyone looking for a turnkey type 15 year old car, in near perfect condition, this is it. it is used regularly, so it isn't a trailer queen that will be all types of problems, and has won just about every time out at the local shows in south florida.

here is a list of the items attended to in the past year and the approx prices paid for the item or work. as i mentioned previously, the curent owner is a perfectionist and all the work was done to be as perfect as possible by professionals.
