F41 Rear Shock Question

I have seen these shocks with both big hats and small hats. Are both correct for C2 applications. Or would the small hats get ding'd in judging.

The big hats are correct - photo below. Are you looking for your '64? F41 was only available on L84 fuelies in '64.

Did not plan on them for my 64. Just came across a set and never have seen the small hats before. What are they for?

I don't know - they may be for later C3's; I focus on midyears.
