I'm trying to change the transmission fluid in a 4 speed Muncie with Mobile 1 Synthetic & I don't see fill capacity in my Chiltons. Anyone know what it is?
Fill it till it comes out, less then 2 quarts. If your tranny wasn't rebuilt, it may come out from the the gaskets. Old trannys and engines should Not use Mobil 1. Newer stuff works great with it.
Well, I wanted to know about what it was so that I could make sure I had enough on hand when I attempt it at 8:00 PM tonight. I got 3 quarts. Hope thats enough.
