Finally done

Just finished up with the paint job a couple days before a parade and car show this weekend. Was a fun time, cant wait for some more shows. There was even a new red C6 at the show. I was able to talk to the guy who drove it there. He was one of the designers of the car i think he said. It was pretty cool, but i still like mine better Heres a couple pics of my car. Wasnt able to get any pictures of the show since i forgot my digital camera.

WHere did you get those spinners? THe ones I got dont fit my 81.

All the work done included an engine rebuild, paint job and new interior.

I got the spinners with the car, but i have seen the same ones in one of the corvette magazines... maybe Corvette Central. People really seem to like those spinners, cuz i got a comment on those at the car show.

Are those wheels the stock ones that are just really polished, or are they replacements?

Those are stock. There is actually a rediculous amount of knicks and scratches from the previous owner in them but theyre shined up real nice with some mothers mag and aluminum polish. good stuff

I did it by hand... it didnt take very long at all. I polished another set of wheels on a friends 81 with a buffer though. that went pretty quick
