Finally... I'm Amongst The Corvette Community With My "baby"!!

It all began 22 yrs ago, when I was 9 yrs old. This was when the passion began to fuel within me, for America's finest sports car. I proudly am the owner of an '04 Convertible C5, the last of this generation. This forum is filled with some true enthusiasts, whom many are very knowledgeable about what these cars are all about. I don't post a lot, but I look forward to meeting and interacting with many of you who are like-minded in our shared passion for America's legendary sports car, the CORVETTE. Thanks! Yeah, look me up, and I'll show ya around. It's very nice here, and just outside of Portland, Or. My neighbors are great... but I have noticed a hint of envy already from some of the guys!!! Question: Is that recall about Lower control arm ball stud washer, as serious a problem as the recall article makes it sound? I just bought this C-5, and they made no mention as to whether they've addressed this problem. I sincerely appreciate anyones input about this matter, and if you think they have a legal obligation to address these things if the car is on their lot, prior to being purchased. See I'm already asking... and many more to come toward my brothers and sisters here )
