Well other then powder coating one bracket for the 14 inch rotors is finished.
I finished one of the new caliper brackets today. I test fitted it last night, finished it today and tonight my son will pick it up for powder coating.

Look closely and you can even see a part number. Must be stock if it has a number

Powder coating brackets is some attention to detail. Nice job too. Well done!! What's next on the list?

.......... Nut

No I am just lazy. I don't have to paint it. My son runs a powder coat division and he just hangs the parts on the assembly line and they are automatically done. He drives past my place on the way to work so he picks up anything I have and returns it at night.
He is capable of doing an entire frame. The production oven is huge and a big conveyor chain carries anything through.
I do pay attention to all details, even under the dash things are powder coated.
Next on the list? Rewire the head lights to get the power off the dash switch and full 14 volts to the headlight using relays.
Then honest cats

Hi, noted you comment on headlights. I recently changed headlights and had one light go very dim on me. I cleaned the connector and they are both normal. What do you mean about rewiring your headlights? Is dim headlights a problem in the c3s?

I don't like the design of our wiring for the head lights. All power to the lights flow through the head light switch and the high/low dimmer. We also are lucky to end up with 12 volts at the lights, Makes for dim lights.
A better way is a pair of inexpensive bosch relays, $5. each and a direct line from the alternator, through these relays to the lights. You end up with 14 volts to the lights and a much brighter light.
The light switch then only hands milli amp to tricker the relays and will last forever as will the dimmer switch.
It is simple, mount the relays near the lights, use the wires that normally carry the power to the lights to trigger the relays and run a direct line from the relays to the alternator.
A much better system with about a 20 percent increase in lighting power.
Makes a big difference for little dollars

Wow- that is pretty cool. I never thought about doing it like that. Could you post or send me a schematic?

I have the schematic on my work computer. I will email it to you on Monday.

Great information, where can the relays be purchased and what are the model numbers on the relays? I to would like a drawing if you have one.

Thanks
