First KILL of the Season..Yeah Baby

I was coming up to a red light where there was a pimped out Z28, as I slowly rolled up beside him I noticed these huge Azz pipes out the back, and it had a nice low rumble to it. Anyway the guy looked at me and laughed, I just smiled andlooked forward.

Well we started to roll on the green, nothing spirited about it, well we got to about 10-15mph and the guy drops the hammer but I was ready for him and had it in 2nd (yeah - it's an auto) anyway I gave it every inch, and damn did she launch, 1ft, 5ft 10ft I could hear him but could'nt see him, 20ft -30ft and backed off and up he comes. Guy would'nt even look at me.

Yeah Baby did that feel good, since replacing the bushing in the rear end as well as shocks and lowering the rear about 3/4 inch she really launches better, hooks right up and goes.

Now if I could just get rid of the extra rattles that come with a stiffer ride.

And this is the first week I have had it out and have seen one C3 who waved, a C4 who waved, and 5 C5's only one of them waved, and I know the others saw me they were right beside me.:W

Great story!

I just heard that the newer Vettes use felt pieces in the plastic trim rub areas. Some spray glue, some appropriate colored felt, and shazammm!

Awesome! I also noticed the new C5 ppl dont wave often. In my city there are alot of newer Vettes this year and most dont know the wave. All the C4s and some C5s wave tho.

My first kill ever was a few months ago, I smoked a mid '90s Mustang. The guy was all lets go (we were on a side street thats wide open for about a mile). Lets just say his face was as red as my Vette afterwards. Oh and I did a little drag once the light turned green w/ a Tiberon. He was trying to brag to the girl (possible girlfriend) in the passanger seat. I love all the ricers in my area, they seem to be in denial with their little imports...
