I got my first ride along at an autocross event on Saturday. Another club sponsored the event but we had several folks from our club race. I worked the staging all day (and have the sunburn to prove it)! Anyway the last event one of our club members asked if I wanted to ride along. He was using his C5 since he broke his dedicated C4 earlier in the day (no brakes). All I got to say is it was a blast! I'm still a chicken about doing it myself. I'm afraid I'd look like some old lady driving to Walmart if I did it. But I can see where it would be addictive.
