Floor jack lift points

Where is a good location to center a floor jack to lift the front and rear of a Z51 so jack stands can be placed on the pucks? Do the cover panels need to be removed?

Im going with the semi-permanent pucks that are attached to the factory lift point openings. Some even have “LIFT HERE” printed on the sides so some idiot at the tire store won’t screw it up. No, panels don’t heed removal.
