Have you tried calling your local Chevy dealer and asked them to look in the parts book for the P.N.? (More than likely you have.....)
That's the first thing that I would do. Also, MIDAmerica Direct is starting to carry a lot of O.E. parts so you might want to check with them. You could always go get some out of a wrecked C5....I have a few websites if you're interested.

Don't know the construction, but hopefully the tabs aren't an integral part of the carpet! Could you imagine having to buy new carpet every time you break a tab??
