Alright, here's the deal on this bad boy.
The car is an '84 Auto and it runs GREAT with 141k miles. Tranny shifts smooth and the engine pulls strong. It has Pirelli Vizzolas with good tread left. The paint is faded and the clear coat is peeling off. I just bought new plugs, drive belt, wires, rotor and distributor cap for the ignition, and also replaced the distributor seal and oil sending unit. I also replaced the valve cover gaskets with some moroso steel and rubber gaskets. The tranny just had all the seals replaced about a year ago. It isn't leaking anything and I just had the u-joints replaced. The car also has brand new weatherstrip all around. However, the interior is faded in many places and the dash is cracked in two places.
Basically the car is mechanically in great condition. The A/C blows hard and cold, the heater works, the cruise works, the only thing which does not work is the handbrake. The bad news is that the paint is faded and peeling, there is slight fiberglass damage (contained to an area about 1 square foot) to the front right corner and the front middle air dam piece is missing. I believe the previous owner hit a curb. The fiberglass damage is from an SUV backing into the previous owner. I have always used 20w-50 oil in this car and been rigorous with maintenance. You can tell when you drive it.
It is not officially "for sale" yet as the replacement car still has to be worked out, but if you are interested please email me with an offer @ craino@comcast.net
