Last year I bought foam cushion seats for my 1976 corvette from Corvette Originals in Douglasville, GA., at Calise Penn., and I am still waiting for my foam seats. I spoke several times to the owner, Dennis Hand, and he really seam nice on the phone and repeatly told me that he will mail them to me, but has not come through yet. I tried Better Business, but I got no results from them. Before I give up and re-order the foam from someone else, which cost over 200 dollars, can anyone please led me some advise on what to do. Thanks.

I would spend a few bucks & have a lawyer send him a demand letter. I'm sure the lawyer will hint at all things that might happen if the seat foams are not delivered. If that doesn't work be sure to send a formal complaint letter to the operators of the show where you bought them, & send him a copy of the letter.

Maybe a GA CAC member could pay him a friendly visit :-)
I agree ... & suggest that may do more than an effectively hollow threat of interstate legal tussle over $200. If you were threatening a suit (not likely here) ... and hoped to enforce any judgement ... you'd really need to sue in the seller's jurisdiction. But, I'd definately let the show operators know.

Having a CAC member pay him a friendly visit would be great, but how do I go about that? Is there a way for me do perform a search of GA members and thereafter I can contact them? Please advise, Pete.

try posting in the southeast regional section or PM Tammy she would know most of the Georgia members they have an active membership and get together quite often.

If you paid by credit card you could always have the transaction reversed. Most people don't realize this but a credit card transaction can be reversed it you did not receive the "goods or services as promised"....just quote this when you call the card customer service department.

BYW...waiting a year is ridiculous...

Call the local GA police department or sheriff's office. After so many days (30 I think), it's classified as theft. You'll have to sign a formal complaint and a warrant will be issued for his arrest. This action will cost you nothing. I bet a visit from a warrant officer will get his attention and you'll get your seat foam, in a hurry. Good luck!

What ever happend to this. I would like to know how it ended. Did you get your Foam seats? If so how did you manage to get them?
