[h=1]Fourth Corvette C7.R For 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours[/h] DSC can confirm that a fourth Chevrolet Corvette C7.R will contest the 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours.
In addition to the pair of 2016-spec factory entered GTE Pro class cars and the full season FIA WEC Larbre Competition 2015 spec C7.R the GTE Am class entry for Team AAI, slated as a Corvette C6.R is now set to feature a 2015-spec C7.R, believed to be the 2015 Le Mans winning ex factory car.
The effort will again be supported in logistics and engineering by Rudi Penders’ Prospeed organisation, this the effort that brought a pair of LM GTE Am Porsches to the fray in 2015 bringing both cars home.
Team AAI also still retains a reserve-listed Corvette C6.R at present
