Years ago l ordered 6 models that are still in their orig boxes, are they worth their orig price or was l fool whom believed that the limited editions would be worth something in the future?

kinda like the "whatever mint" dinner plates you see on infomercials - you never know - they **May** go up in value.

FWIW - I have seen countless C12's for sale that **retail** for 500 bux Franklin Mint prices - for about 250-300 bucks :(

Cars never made for a good investment :(

l think l paid $135 for each, but l told my wie they were only $25.

I had a bunch of them when they were all I could fine.
If you go onto ebay search for the ones you have to see what the market is really willing to pay. There are a couple that are worth big bucks (like the 82 collector edition) but other than that you might be lucky to get your money back at best. But then again if you only paid $25 each you should make out like a bandit :L

The problem you have now is if you do sell them and say you get $100 then the wife will want the $75 "profit" you made so she can buy shoes ;LOL
