freezer with great looks!

Hi ya guys ! broke my 89 vette out of the winter cocoon , weather is cold but clear. Prolem is that im freezing my butt off ! I have the climate control in this car and had problems before i had alot of work done with the head gaskets ,ect. with the heat,. no matter were i set the heat or what position i use on the control , it always blows cold air! iS There a door thats not opening? I have the chip and the 160 thrmo. in this but thats not the problem is it? thanks DOUG.

Probably. Start looking for vacuum leaks.

yes thanks,found my book, looks like i need to pull the climate control mod and check the vac lines behind it

1st check vac under hood ,check for air lock in heater core. "eng. work" no need to pull climate control if you dont need to!! gmjunkie!!

ok how do i check for a heater core air lock? both lines going into the firewall are warm. tx doug castner
