Front License Plate Cover

I moved to a state with no front license plate, and the ugly hole in the front bumper is starting to get on my nerves. Yes, aftermarket catalogs have unpainted ones, but I thought maybe I could get lucky and find one in TORCH RED before going to the trouble of ordering, painting, etc.

I found one to match my paint. How do you attach it to the bumper cover?

For early c4's it actually screws to the front like a license plate...but the screws are pretty well hidden Its probably the same for the newer bumper.
