Front shock bushings/washers

I recently bought a pair of KYB front shocks, but they were delivered without the top washers and bushings. Can these be purchased separately somewhere? I guess I can re-use my old washers, but the bushings are definitely worn out.

Mid America has them in urethane and they are great.
