Heres one for ya! I put a small spoiler/splitter on the leading edge of my front facia, looked great!BUT AFTER DRIVING it water temps went to 220!took it back off temps went back to normal 190-200.What gives? Guess my baby didn't like it!;shrug

The C5 radiator is feed from below the front facia. The spoiler/splitter was probably not letting the air under the nose. Do you have an 'installed' picture of the spoiler/splitter?

Tuna-I think your right! It was blocking air. no I do not have pictures.but mounting locate was correct;shrug

If you installed an ACI splitter, you have to make sure to leave your center air dam installed so it can push air up into the radiator shroud.

Been there, done that! :thumb

I've had the ACI spoiler on mine for years with out the center air dam and have never experienced over heating.
