Should clean up easy and with minimal bore-out. Great foundation for a build! I'd planned to use it but haven't for years and it's time to clean up around here. Buyer pays shipping but I'll crate it. Local pickup free, or delivery within ~2hrs for the cost of the Home Depot truck!
