Fuel injectors

I have a set of blue top 24# ford injectors. They don't seem to be performing adequately and was wondering what was the best injector to switch to and if i should go to 30# injectors

30# injectors would be too much for your motor unless you have some extensive mods done to it.

I've heard of guys running SVO injectors with good results.

FYI Ford Bluetop injectors if they are the bosch ones actually flow 36lb an hr. I had them in my 87 GN

Just out of curiosity, has anyone done any kind of extensive research to find out which fuel injector works the best? Or should I say which helps the car scoot a little quicker. Specifically for a 1990 L98 engine. I have heard good things about the Ford SVO’s, but would like a little more education before recommending something for a friends Vette.

I've posted this before and it's just one resource. I found Jim available and very helpful, not to mention competant. He redid my wiring harness for the TPI conversion and was my tech support before, during and after, plus a source of various sensors and parts. http://www.jimsperformance.com/

Injectors won't make the car; they need to be properly sized for the power the engine is built to produce.
