Ok. Looked at all wires and found the wires that go to the fuel gauge fell on the headers and were burnt to the copper. Fixed that and that fixed the jumping of the gauge. Now the old sender looks to me to be connected to the rails. The one in now looks to be connected to the A&A regulator up front. Can anyone that knows tell me if that is right. Or is that why I'm seeing a drop in WOT? Please see pic. Advice suggestions and help appreciated. If not I'm just going to take it to a place that deals with these modifications. I can not for the life of me figure out this fuel pressure issue and its probably something so easy. I see 59lbs at idle. Under light to moderate accelartation its drops a few lbs. under boost and WOT it will drop to 30 and the gauge LED comes on. I have a Racetronix high performance fuel pump, A&A secondary Fuel system and KB boost a pump. I should have no issues with fuel with the HP I have. Any suggestion ideas and help is greatly appreciated!! I can attach a picture of were the sending unit was and is now if needed but at work right now.

Edit:I have 60lbs injectors and fuel return system.

Depending on the internal design of the gauge; if the ground is lost to a gauge, it can burn up. No ground with gauges often means no current regulation and the gauge burns up.

You really need to get it fixed and if you don't know how, pay someone.
