Does any have a picture of a pressure regulator from an '02?
I'm trying to understand what sort of fittings/connectors it accepts.
I have some drawings of it from the '02 manual, but they are not detailed enough.
Also, there is apparently a check ball in the hose between the outlet of the in tank fuel pump and the pressure regulator. Same question on that.

below is an image of the assembly. The regulator is in light blue, the check valve is in dark blue along the Red pressure line feeding the regulator. The grey item is the regulator bracket.

I'm hoping to use this assembly in a retrofit of an older vette with a LS1. So I'm trying to understand if I can push a hose on it, or create a fitting for it.

Thanks,

HI there,
These are simply quick disconnects, at 3/8 and 5/16 inch.
You can slide a hose on, and clamp, however, being that operational pressure will spike as high as 70 psi, I would suggest using the quickdisconnects with the plastic retainers that are on the cars.
They are NOT a screwon flare, as in past systems, before c5.
As for the check valve, yes, it is in the supply line to the fuel regulator assembly, and it is integral within the line, you cannot change it.
