I guess Chevy did not expect the 1988 Corvette to get over 29.9 mpg. This morning I hit 30 mpg but my display went from 29.9 to 3.0. Anyone else see this?

Mine will go from 29.9 up to 30 but will not have the decimal anymore. If it movesfrom 30 up then it goes up by ones, it just shows the whole numbers after 30.

You guys must be doing something right to get 30 mpg. I am averaging now about 19.3, which is a mix of city and country. The past trip to cruise fest I got 24 or so.

I do not as a rule but as I went down the road doing about 42 or so i reset it just to see what my car would do. I wish I could get that kind of MPG.

I have seen 85+ posted while decelerating. No decimal point, though. Must be a display limitation. :) :w

I have seen numbers like that too on the Instant MPG. It was coasting down a hill.
