Next week I am going to change my 2:73 gear to 3:? gear. Right now my 2003 Coupe is bone stock. Any recommendations from the experts will be appreciated.
I have the same rear end ratio in my 04 and was thinking about the change to a 3:40 (?). My previous 01 convertible had the performance ratio and I was very pleased. Please keep the board posted as to costs, computer re-programing, etc.

If you don't mind a suggestion...at this point and time I would suggest saving your money and plan to do an 8 thousand dollar Intercooled magnasum supercharger installation and keeping your stock gearing..
You could probably get the non intercooled version and have it installed for a grand less?
For 200 dollars you get a 36month/36 K mile full drivetrain warranty with the magnusum..
That would be what I would suggest..
Leave the gears and the convertor alone...
Go with a supercharger and get the extended warranty too boot!
