holy grease circuits batman! just changed the oil etc on my baby (81) for the first time, and found 10 grease circuits. did i miss any? do any other years have more??

Sounds about right.

How about the U Joints? Did somebody replace them with the kind you can grease?

I hope you did not over fill them. It is easy to do. They just need a quick blitz, then move on to the next. Many people pump them full until they squirt out the boot. That is too much.

Now is a great time to flush and refill the power steering unit, and do a deep bleed on the brakes so that you have some fresh clear fluid in ths system. Have you flushed the radiator lately?

the u-joints should be original (as is the rest of the car ;) ), but i'll check 'em.

had the brakes flushed when i got the car last fall, i think ps needs it too though.

the radiator is needs a flushin too, but that seems to have sprung a leak (as of the last time i ran the car- only while running). i believe it is coming from the upper rad hose. so that is my next project.
thanks!
