Guldstrand Nassau Roadster

I was looking around on the internet and found an add for a 1995 Guldstrand Nassau Roadster. Was wondering if anyone had any information about these cars. Is it similar to a Callaway? The GS90 was a street-legal tribute to the early Corvette racer, featuring a 480-horsepower LT5 V8. Guldstrand created the Nassau based on the LT1 engine in a Corvette convertible, as a custom evolution of the GS90.
