Got a nail in my rear tire this morning. My Chevy dealer recommended a goodyear dealer near my home.
Got there at 8am, manager said his certified tech won't be in untill 9am and he wouldn't let anyone else touch it. "wheels too expensive"
I went back at 9am, He had me drive the car into the bay, and let me stay and watch!
Tech R&R the wheel and repaired the hole. When it was finished he said "Your all set have a nice day" I told him I had a tire warranty that covered flat repairs but he said as long as the tire has usable thread he fixes them no charge.
All I can say is I DIDN"T KNOW THAT! Anyone know if that is a goodyear policy???
