Well I got the air fixed. I got the window sanded down and painted. By the way there is a service bullentin regarding how to do it at a dealer but basically just follow the instructions and you can do it yourself if you are careful.
Now the next question:
Car starts after one crank if you start everyday. If it sits a day or two damn near impossible to start with out starting fluid. If the carb is leaking down how do I fix this. Just had it rebuilt 6 months ago original Q-jet. I know the easy answer is drive it everyday but I have to squeeze the Harley in too.
