Hard starting

I have a hard start problem, hot or cold. I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the key, so I guess its not that. Whats interesting , if I turn the key on(not to start) then off and back on again it will start right up, any thoughts or idea's, thanks Jim.

Try your other key. Maybe the Pass-key resistor pellet is the problem.

HI there,
It could be fuel pressure bleed down.
Also, do you see you security light stay on solid????? Or is it flashing????
I would have a fuel pressure diagnosis done to be sure.
