Has Anyone Got the 2nd Top As Yet????

Just checking if any who ordered 2 tops and did not get the second top, have taken position of same as yet. If so did you get any allowance for the inconvienionce?

Dual Tops

I was one of the fortunate ones to have the dual roof option cancelled without any notification to the dealer or me. Have had several discussions with the dealer and advised them I definitely want the transparent top but I am not going to pay "parts department" prices to get it. Dealer agrees that at a minimum I should be able to purchase the second top for the $1,400 dual roof price or less. He claims has had one discussion with the zone manager and will be following up. I will not let this issue fade away.

$1,400!!!!???? That is outrageous if you originally ordered the duel tops and then the factory cancelled without telling you or your dealer. The other top should come at an extreme discount... $500 sounds fair.

$1400 is the price of the second top. The assumption here is that GM did not charge the $1400 option price once they cancelled the option. If there is a supply problem with the glass tops why would GM have to discount the top $1000?
