I was wondering if anyone may have seen this corvette? About six years ago I had a 69 Monza red T-top vette with a 396 (yes 396). It had a tilt front end with the cowel induction type hood. Rally wheels. The headlights were modified to give it a daytona look. The lights were molded in the hood and covered with smoked lexan. It was an automatic with black interior.

The reason I am asking is because I still have the original motor for this car and I would like to see that it got to the new owner. If the price is right.

I had traded this car for a new truck at a dealership in NW Florida.

Post the Vin number if you have it and maybe the owner will recognize it and ask you about it.

I may know where it is

E-mail me at "standox.distr@curinfo.an" and I wil send you a picture. I don't kow if it is the one but it is red and it has the tilt front end and I saw it in the Netherlands(Europe). By the way it is nice ride. I tried to attach a picture by browsing it but in the preview when you click it
open it doesn't appear.

P.s. there are a lot of corvettes especially C3 taht are exported to the Netherlands. And can someone tell me how to brows and attach a picture?

See ya

Is this the car

Attach pic

Hi Ryan,
Be sure the picture size is within the CAC requirements of 468x300 pixels, or under 30k.
Save it somewhere in your computer in a place you can find. Before you post, go to the attach file section below the Post Reply square, browse...then search your computer until you find your picture and select it.
There you go. Please give it a try and see if it works.

I hope this works
C:\Program Files\PIXELA\ImageMixer\Convert\Cnv0003.bmp

There are two ways to attach a file. Either use the IMG button on the top of the window you type into or use the browse button below. I don't think there is a size limitations if you use the IMG button but there is if you use browse. The IMG button requires the picture to be on a server on the Internet and will display your picture when the post is opened. Browse takes your picture off your computer and puts it here (I think that's the way it works). You get a link that when you click on it brings up the picture.

In this case, hit browse and either type in "C:\Program Files\PIXELA\ImageMixer\Convert\Cnv0003.bmp" or find it on your computer.

I would bet money that a BMP file will be too big. JPG are usually smaller.

Ryan,

If you would like too, you can send your photo to me and I'll do what is necessary to it for posting it here at CAC and get it back to you ;)
