Head rest removal

Need HELP with Head rest removal

Can someone tell me how you remove the seat head rest from a 1969 seat?

I am trying to disassemble my seats to get ready to put new foam and seat covers on and can't figure out how the head rest comes off.......

I removed mine last week, I just pulled it too the top position and then push it a little sideways.
