How do you adjust the "up limit" on the h/L assembly? my drivers side raises about 1/4" higher than the bumper & doesn't look very good. The pass. side is perfect. Thanks in advance.

Put them up. Take off the fibreglass covers. You'll see the stops on the mechanism. They are adjustible.
If you don't want to take off the fiberglass covers. Put them up and try and access from underneath or through the grill.
Don't play with the forward/backward and left/right settings you may cause them to rub and damage your paint.
