Headlight problem

I did a search and could not find answer. 2001 when turn off headlights the drivers headlight goes back up. Turn on headlights manually they both go up and work fine. turn off , they close and then drivers reopens. Somebody said BCM needs to be reprogramed. Help please.

fixed it

I found the problem, the nut that holds the arm to the motor lossened up, tightened it up, problem solved.
