Headlight problems

After a tune up the other day, I shut the hood and the driver's side headling motor started buzzing. I unpluged it and started looking for shorts, but couldn't find any.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was the solution?

Is the headlight still going up and down when you want it to?

yes, the headlights rotate normally and the noise stops.
