Here's the schematic for the headlights and the high beam indicator. If the low beam and high beam lights work properly and the only thing wrong is the dash high beam indicator staying lit, the CCM (Centrol Control Module) is probably bad.
To see if the CCM can control the High beam indicator, do the following test.
Place the CCM in diagnostic mode by shorting Pin A to Pin G. Diagnostic conector is located above the drivers right knee.

Turn the ignition on. Look at the dash cluster LCD. It will cycle and display any error codes for the CCM, ECM and ABS.
When the display stops.
Press the Trip/ODO button until 1.4 is shown.
Press the ENG/MET button until the identifying number for the item to be cycled is shown in the first two digits of the odometer. If it's necessary to go backwards in the list use the Fuel/Info button.
The status of the output being cycled is shown as a O for Off or a 1 for On in the last digit of the odometer. The output status cycles between On and Off every three seconds.
