HEADLIGHTS don't pop up

Well, after 8 years of owning the Vette, it finally happened to me.
I know from this forum, this is a problem I always wanted to avoid. Seems, I can't no more.

What do I do now?
Where do I start?
Is there anything on this forum already, a diagram, or even a troubleshoot?
Much help is needed, I'm stupid to this kind of thing.

Did they just stop popping up or was it gradual. Any chance you accident;y pulled a vacuum line loose?
