Headlights

Hi, I have 3 telephone book size shop manuals on the 99 coupe , I was wondering if some one could tell how/where to adjust the stops on the headlights so they comply with the hood/valance..........Thanks

I had a problem with mine also after a motor repair. The way I aligned mine was through trial and error.

1) Raise headlight by turning motor knob
2) Remove u shaped cover around head light
3) Remove body cover over head light assembly.
4) Loosen bracket that cover screws to and adjust in the direction required.
5) Put cover back on and lower assembly to check the clearances if they look good then raise the headlight back up and put the u cover back on. If not remove the cover and adjust again.
